Terms and Conditions
General
• Customers must be aged 16 or over.
• If you have any medical conditions, please consult your doctor prior to using Aqua Springs or having a treatment or therapy. If necessary bring a Doctor's note with you.
• Use of Aqua Springs Spa facilities is not advised if you are pregnant. However, if you wish to enjoy a treatment or therapy whilst pregnant, please advise the therapist at the time of booking. Some treatments are not recommended in the first 3 months of pregnancy.
• Please advise the therapist at time of booking if you are disabled, or need to be treated in a ground floor salon.
• Children are not permitted in Aqua Springs or treatment rooms.
• Customers visiting Aqua Springs for the first time should allow 15 minutes prior to a treatment in order to complete a consultation card.
• Late arrivals will not receive an extension of time for scheduled treatments, treatments may be limited by or not possible in the time available.
Payment/Cancellations/Refunds
• Payments are due on the day of treatment (excluding courses).
• PAYMENT FOR PACKAGES MUST BE PAID AT TIME OF BOOKING (refunds will not be given).
• 48 hours notice for cancellations or non-attendance will result in a £2.50 cancellation fee charged for each 10 minute slot that you miss. No further bookings will be taken unless this fee is paid and all future payment must be paid for in full at point of booking.
• Refunds are not available on treatment courses or vouchers.
• Lost or stolen vouchers will not be re-issued under any circumstances
